Child Safety & CSAE Policy
At PROXIMITY by zonzon, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive digital environment for all users, including minors. Our policies strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and related harmful content. This policy applies to all users and content shared through our platform.
Our Commitment to Child Safety
PROXIMITY by zonzon does not tolerate any content, behavior, or activity that involves or promotes CSAE, including but not limited to:
The creation, sharing, or distribution of explicit content involving minors. Any attempt to exploit, harm, or endanger children in any form. Grooming, inappropriate interactions, or any form of predatory behavior toward minors. The use of PROXIMITY by zonzon's platform to facilitate or promote CSAE-related content or activities.
Reporting and Enforcement
We take all reports of CSAE seriously. If we identify or receive reports of any violations, we will immediately remove offending content, suspend or ban accounts engaging in CSAE-related behavior, and report violations to relevant law enforcement and child protection organizations as required by law.
How to Report a Violation: Users can report violations directly through the PROXIMITY by zonzon app via the "Feedback @ Support" link or by contacting our Trust & Safety Team at support@zonzon.co
Content Moderation
PROXIMITY by zonzon utilizes member reporting and reviews group posts and feeds to identify and remove harmful content. DMs (direct messages) are private and are reviewed only when it has been reported and there has been a violation. Our team reviews every report and takes appropriate action against violations to keep the community safe.
Compliance and Cooperation
PROXIMITY by zonzon complies with all applicable child protection laws and works closely with organizations that combat CSAE, including law enforcement agencies, NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children), and other regulatory bodies.
